The Botanical has the choice of five key spaces for private events, including The Private Dinning Room, The Archer Room, Main Bar and Main Dining Room all of which offer a premium setting for any occasion. A stones throw from the CBD, we are perfectly located for your Melbourne event.
Each of the private spaces can cater for events of all kinds including private cocktail functions, dinners, weddings, product or media launches and corporate functions.
The Main Dinning Room can accomodate up to 100 guests for cocktail style functions and can seat 80-100 guests dinning style. This is a sophistacted space with a view over the gardens. Perfect for Christmas functions, wedding receptions, 40th birthday's....
The Archer Room can accommodate up to 70 guests for cocktail style functions and 48 guests dining style. It's beautiful botanical feel is perfect for hen's parties, 21st birthday's, corporate functions and long leisurely breakfast functions.
The Private Dining Room (Chef's Table) seats up to 20 guests in style and is the best way to celebrate with all your friends on your special occaision and really indulge in our celebrated a la carte menu. Ask about The Chef's Menu and let our chefs spoil you!
The Main Bar is available for hire at special request and has a capacity of 250. Why not hold your next big product launch, staff Christmas party or significant birthday in this stylish cocktail bar. With it's alfresco terrace and designer fit-out your guests will be truely impressed!
We have designed menus to reflect seasonal produce available from local markets and farms and can cater for a range of events or dinners. We are happy to tailor menus to suit your requirements. Chef's menus designed by Cheong Liew are offered in each of the spaces and can be matched with wines selected by our Sommelier.
Botanical can organise decor, audio visual and entertainment for your events or we can provide you with a list of our preferred suppliers.
